Discolect Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Registration: Customers must register through the Discolect portal to become an affiliate, agreeing to these terms.

2. Resale of Purchased Products: Affiliates are authorized to resell only those Discolect products they have purchased themselves.

3. Revenue Sharing and Changes: The percentage of revenue from resales varies by product and may be changed by Discolect at any time. Details will be communicated via the portal.

4. Affiliate Portal: Access to a portal for managing resales, earnings, and accessing resources.

5. Forum Conduct: Forum interactions must adhere to community guidelines and respect intellectual property rights.

6. Payment and Reporting: Earnings will be credited to affiliate accounts, with schedules and methods detailed in the portal.

7. Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all relevant laws and regulations in their reselling activities.

8. Product Availability and Termination: Discolect reserves the right to terminate the availability of a product for resale or an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time.

9. Intellectual Property: Limited to the right to resell; no additional intellectual property rights are granted.

10. Right to Ban: Discolect reserves the right to ban any affiliate from the program for breach of these terms or any misconduct.

11. Liability Limitation: Discolect is not liable for losses or damages related to program participation.

12. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the program constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
